Orson Welles was one of the most influential men in the world of the radio and cinema in the 20th Century. He commanded every single performance that he was in: The Shadow, War of The Worlds, Citizen Kane. The amount of influence that he had over the American people in his broadcast in War of the Worlds on that night in October can never be duplicated.
