WARRANTY

Today Erica and I went through the wonderful experience that Patagonia offers known as their Wetsuit Warranty.
We showed up at 10:45 this morning with my "old" R2 back zip, talked to the sales rep for 5 minutes, got the latest seasons edition of the R2 chest zip within a couple of minutes, paid a minimal amount for the upgrade, and left the store by 11:00 am.
One of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service, and I'm more than happy with Patagonia and my new suit.
