It never gets old.
Going to the zoo has always been a fun and quick getaway from the monotonous week of projects and homework.
Everytime Erica and I go to the zoo, I'm transported back to when I was 7 years old eating a churro on a hot summer day.
But the one thing I love more than going to the zoo, is being with my incredibly beautiful girlfriend.

New Header
A couple weeks back, I asked Kristina Micotti to draw up a logo for the blog.
I knew she was talented, but I never expected something as great as this!
Thank you so much Kristina, check out her work at Whimsically Made
Here's an example of one of her works...

Thankful Mornings
A few photos from surfing this morning with Trevor, Greg, and Noah!
Super fun, and really cold. Winter seemed to hit just this week; 40 degree mornings, brrrrr.
It was nice to get back to beachbreaks again, they seem to be the most consistent and less crowded than anywhere else.
Happy to be home for the holidays... Happy Thanksgiving from Ten Piggies Over!

San-O
A few photos from last January when Trevor, Eric, and I went surfing in the late afternoon.
I really like this wave; super forgiving, long, and fun on just about any type of board.
I seriously cannot wait for those winter swells to start moving in...
One more day till Thanksgiving break, and Rincon with Trevor, Greg, Wesley, and Noah!

Liquid Salt
Ryan got featured on the latest Liquid Salt article!
Super stoked for him...
Also, one of my photos was used in it! YEW!

Lionz, Tigerz, and Bearz
Erica and I went to the zoo today with Courtney and Will, a couple of badasses. No really.
We saw this lion pacing back and forth getting all freaky deaky on us. Pretty sick.

Wide angle
A good, clean wide angle shot with not much going on to distract you is hard to get, in my opinion.
As this winter progresses, my goal is work on my photo's in that aspect.
To tell a story as simply as possible.
This one says: my name is Trevor... and I like to party.

November was white, December was grey
It looks like this Thanksgiving is going to be a fun one... We're heading up to Santa Barbara to pick up my brother Greg and a few friends to take them back home for Thanksgiving, surf Rincon, spend some time with our familes, Christmas shop, and just relax. As much as I love being at school, I enjoy having nothing to do just as much :] P.s. Erica's photo's are really good!

Smile with your eyes!
I really love this girl. A year and a half of putting up with my dumb stuff, I can't believe she still wants to be with me.
Dear Erica, I appreciate everything you've done for me.
For waking up with me before sunrise to sit in the freezing water for some mediocre waves.
For being my study buddy at Coffee Bean frequently.
For making me feel like the luckiest guy in the world.
I love you with all my heart.

Understanding
I've learned a lot from this board...
I kinda took it over when I was 16 or so when Greg and I used to surf Northside HB pier before swim practice.
Boards aren't made like that anymore, and there's something special about that.
I promised myself I would ride it into the ground, until it dies, because I believe that's the way all boards should go, the reason they were shaped.
But it's still kept up; through the nose peeling off, to the constant water leakage.
I am constantly reminded at how smooth and perplexing this board is every time I ride it, but I have a feeling that it's end is drawing near...
Until then I am going to make sure it has a proper last couple of sessions at it's birthplace and eventual burial.

Patagucci Mornings
rica and I met up with Trevor at Cardiff this morning to test Trevor's new Patagonia suit!
The surf was mediocre, but the conditions were perfect... Offshore, chilly water, not too many people out.
Anyways, Erica was feeling a little under the weather, so she took some shots... Here's the end result, hope you enjoy them
